Life isnât a horror movie,
Itâs so much more worse.
A cross canât protect you,
Neither can the holy thread.
They might be the very thing that kills,
And we have no idea what heals.
Â
We are all safe and sound,
Until we open our eyes,
To horrors this world hold.
Then, thereâs no going back.
Either you zip you mouth, kill your soul,
Or you stand and fight, be killed.
Â
You see all the crimes in the world,
All that you have seen and read,
They not all that bad,
Compared to whatâs hidden inside.
The organized crimes by powerful people,
Open your mouth, youâre below the ground.
Â
Male guardianship in Saudi Arabia,
Child prostitution in Asia,
Gun law in the States,
And all the stuff we donât know yet.
The very people who appear to be fighting it,
Could be the ones keeping it alive.
So, close your eyes tight, donât open.
You see it and youâre doomed.
So many activists, so many reporters,
Have vanished without a trace.
So, shut your mouth and hide,
ShhhâĻ you might be next.
